   LinkedIn Learning Challenge

Learning Path Courses

Research shows us that sleep, exercise and spending time with loved ones helps mitigate against burnout, and so does learning! Feeling overwhelmed is common. It’s a sign that the demands on your time and energy have surpassed your ability to cope with them. Sometimes overwhelm is temporary; other times, it can lead to persistent and unhealthy pressure and strain.

This month BPMSD and CSD share ways you can stay healthy and well and keep safe. Being healthy and well is not only good for you but also for your colleagues and your families.

Learning Path

To help develop the skills you need to stay well, we invite you to join us in a challenge to complete a new LinkedIn Learning Health and Wellness, Safety and Resilience learning path.

The learning path includes four engaging video-based courses of approximately 30 minutes each focused on health, wellness, safety and resilience.

Food vouchers will be given to the first 10 staff to complete this challenge!
