How do I register for the Forum?
You may register for the Forum by visiting our official website and navigating to the registration page. Please note that all registrations will be reviewed by the Forum Secretariat. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a separate link allowing you to preselect your preferred sessions.

The deadline for registration for the Forum is on Monday, 11 May.
Is there a registration fee for the Forum?
Attendance at the Forum is free of charge, and there is no registration fee. However, any costs related to participation in the Forum, including travel, accommodation, and other incidental expenses, shall be borne by the participant
Is the Forum open to the public?
The Forum is open to the public; however, all registrations will be subject to a screening process based on the relevance of the applicant’s organization to the transport sector, as indicated in the information provided during registration.
Can I register multiple attendees under one email address?
No, individual registration is required. Each participant must register using a unique email address.
Will I receive a confirmation after registering?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to all registered participants. The outcome of the screening process will be communicated separately to the email address provided during registration by 20 March and 17 April. For participants who register after 17 April, confirmation emails will be sent within one week of registration.
I didn't receive a confirmation email after registering. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, kindly contact the Forum organizers for assistance.
Will the Forum be conducted onsite or online?
The Forum will be held as an in-person event. Selected sessions may be streamed live on the day of the Forum.
What should I bring to the event for registration check-in?
Please bring a printed or digital copy of your registration confirmation along with a valid ID to facilitate a smooth check-in process.
What will be the working language of the Forum?
The APTF 2026 will be conducted in English. All plenary sessions, technical discussions, and official materials will be delivered in English.
Simultaneous interpretation will not be provided. Participants who require translation are encouraged to use their own devices and a third-party translation application of their choice, such Theas commonly available mobile or web-based translation tools.
