Vlatko Danilov is professional management consultant with more than 30 years of experience working on various jobs. His passion is evaluation. He works with great enthusiasm in this field believing that evaluation is important concept for improvement of developing countries. He worked as evaluator in many project and designed several systems for MEL, worked on in-depth analysis of findings with various public institutions and ministries.

He is also active in training of staff in institutions and municipalities to implement systems he designed and has trained many other people in evaluation concept, methodologies, tools and techniques. He is also international activist for better use of evaluation and in this role he is a head of Macedonian Evaluation Network, member of WBEN - Western Balkans Evaluation Network, former Coordinator of NESE (Network of Evaluation Societies in

Europe), Co-Chair of IRIPE and also active in several international thematic groups for professionalization of evaluation.
