Tomasz manages web development for 3ie’s Development Evidence Portal while supporting the production of evidence gap maps and systematic reviews. Prior to joining 3ie, he worked as a quantitative coder for Durham University, UK and the Teaching and Learning Toolkit, a portal which enables teachers in the UK to make evidence-based decisions so that no students are left behind. He has also worked on disability inclusive programmes for youth organisations based in Gdansk, Poland and Thiruvananthapuram, India. Tomasz has an MSc in Impact Evaluation for International Development from the University of East Anglia, UK and an MA in Economics from the University of Gdansk, Poland.
