Shinichi Nakabayashi Board of Director Japan, EBRD
	Shinichi Nakabayashi is Board Director for Japan at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He previously worked as Director for Administration, Management, and Coordination at the Asian Development Bank Institute. He also worked at the IMF –Singapore Regional Training Institute from 2011 to 2015. He was a professor of public policy at Tokyo University from 2008. He has held senior posts at the Japanese Ministry of Finance, the OECD, and the IMF. He has published a book, The Analysis of the World Economy from the Perspective of Currencies: Dollar, Euro, RMB, and Yen and another book titled The Economics of G20. Mr. Nakabayashi has a M. Phil. degree in Economics from Oxford University and a B.A. from Tokyo University.
