Mr. Hutachareon has been overseeing the formulation of the debt management strategy to support the government’s fiscal policy and infrastructure investment. His main responsibilities include designing the Medium-Term Debt Strategy (MTDS), government bond issuance program, initiation of new debt instruments and overseeing primary dealer system. Recently, he played a key role in launching Thailand’s first sustainability bond to help address climate change and social issues.

Prior to re-joining the Ministry of Finance, he worked at the Secretariat of the Prime Minister for 3 years mainly in areas related to the economic and international relations related policies. Mr. Hutachareon was employed as an Independent Director and Audit Committee of KrungThai Card Company Limited and Independent Director on the Board of Directors at Nok Airlines Public Company Limited.
