Milena Reinfeld has been working in the EIB’s Evaluation Division as Senior Evaluator since 2018. Most recently, she co-lead an evaluation of EIB support to climate change adaptation. Before joining the EIB, Milena worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser in the UK Government Department for International Development, where over a period of 18 years she held various country facing positions.

Milena has extensive experience in developing results frameworks at project, programme, country and corporate level. Between 2012 and 2016 she worked as seconded national expert in DG Intpa (EuropeAid), where she supported the European Commission to develop and implement the EU International Cooperation and Development Results Framework.

Milena holds a Master’s degree in Official Statistics from Southampton University as well as a Master’s degree in Sociology from Bristol University.
