Marion is a senior consultant at Eco., which is a management consultancy, specialising in design, formulation and evaluation of energy and climate change mitigation and adaptation projects. Marion is a climate finance specialist with 15 years’ experience in project design and evaluation of climate change projects in developing countries from Africa, Latin America and East Europe. She completed impact assessments, evaluations and midterm reviews for development banks and multilateral/bilateral development agencies. Marion was recently the team leader of the evaluation of the Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa for AfDB and of the Midterm Review of the EBRD-GEF Finance and Technology Transfer Centre for Climate Change in Ukraine. The examples of evaluations are: EBRD Wind Farms projects in Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia and Mongolia; EIB Climate Action finance activities in the European Union; EBRD’s SEFF Portfolio; the Mid Term Review of IFC green credit lines in the Balkans renewable energy sector.
