M. Thilakarajah is the Treasurer of the Sri Lanka Parliamentary Forum for Evaluation [SLPFE] and Former Member of Parliament of Sri Lanka. He is a graduate from The University of Colombo, Professionally a Management Consultant and a Freelance Journalist turned as the politician. While being a Parliamentarian he served as the Chair of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Health welfare, social Development and member of Legal Affairs & Media. Also Member of the Standing Committee on Public Finance and Public Petition. He is dedicated to institutionalize the Evaluation process in Sri Lanka and he proposed to Sri Lankan Parliament to form a Select Committee on Evaluation and the committee was succeeded on its tasks. He has completed the International Program on Development Evaluation Training program in Bern University, Switzerland (IPDET - 2018 ).
