He supports ADB’s Financial Cooperation and Integration team in promoting financial market integration in ASEAN and ASEAN+3. He is also part of Secretariat team of the ASEAN+3 Asian Bond Markets Initiative (ABMI), an initiative established by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the People’s Republic of China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea to develop local currency bond markets and promote regional financial cooperation and integration. He is leading the ABMI’s initiative on promoting sustainable finance development in ASEAN+3.

Prior to joining ADB, Mr. Kosintr has almost 10 years of professional work experience with the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Thailand, where he was responsible for the development of international cooperation strategy and represented the SEC in international meetings including the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF), APEC Asia Region Funds Passport technical working group and other international institutions to promote cross-border cooperation
