Khalil Bitar is an independent evaluator from Palestine. He is the founder (and former President) of the Palestinian Evaluation Association (PEA), former Chair of the EvalYouth Global Network and Co-leader of the Eval4Action Campaign, and Board Member of the International Evaluation Academy (IEAc). Khalil is completing his doctoral studies at the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy in Germany, focusing on evaluation in FCV contexts. Khalil's research interests include evaluation, social justice, youth activism, education, and change/transformation.
