Kavita Sherchan is a communications and knowledge management specialist with 20 years of experience in South and South East Asia regions. Besides working as a staff for Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Hong Kong's Equal Opportunities Commission, she has been a consultant for the World Health Organization (WHO) and various departments of ADB. She is currently a consultant with ADB's Independent Evaluation Department. A former journalist, she was a Hubert Humphrey Fellow at the University of Maryland, College Park during 2000-2001 and has an MA in English Literature.
