Joy Butscher is an Evaluation Officer at IEG in the infrastructure and sustainable development unit. Joy supports thematic evaluations in the areas of environment, climate change, social development, and agriculture, among other topics. Prior to joining IEG, Joy worked in Tanzania on natural resource management and agrarian issues.
