Garret Kilroy has 20 years of experience in water resources, environment, and evaluation. He currently evaluates projects and programs on urban water, agriculture, and natural resources. Before joining ADB he worked for the for several international development organizations in Asia. Prior to that he was with the Irish Environmental Protection Agency. He has a BSc in environmental sciences and PhD in hydrogeology.
