Gabriela is a Monitoring and evaluation specialist based in Mexico City, she is currently working as an independent consultant. Gabriela holds a MA in Development Economics from the University of Göttingen in Germany and a BA in Economics from the University of Guanajuato in Mexico. She has evaluative experience in development cooperation projects in India, national and subnational social programs in Mexico. Furthermore, she has experience working on projects related to monitoring and evaluation of the 2030 Agenda. Gabriela is the current Chair of EvalYouth Global Network and Co-lead of the Eval4Action Campaign where she advocates for the inclusion of youth in all stages of evaluation processes and for influential evaluation. She is an active member of EvalYouth LAC, and the National Academy of Evaluators of Mexico (ACEVAL).
