Bianca Montrosse-Moorhead, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Evaluation at the University of Connecticut, USA, where she trains future practitioners and scholars. Her research centers on evaluation education, theory, methodology, practice, and capacity building. For more than a decade, she has directed evaluations at the local, state, and national level totaling over $14 million (USD). She previously served as a Board Member for the American Evaluation Association, as Chair of the EvalYouth global network, and as Vice Chair for the International Society for Evaluation Education. She currently serves as an Editorial Board Member for the New Directions for Evaluation journal, one of the top evaluation journals in the USA.
