Archi Rastogi   
Evaluation Advisor, Independent Evaluation Unit, GCF

Archi Rastogi, Ph.D., is currently at the Independent Evaluation Unit of the Green Climate Fund, the world’s largest multilateral climate fund. He began his career at a grassroots non-profit, and has since worked in the academia, the media, the UN, management consulting, and multilateral organizations. He has undertaken more than 20 evaluations, to advise the World Bank, UN bodies, foundations, governments, development agencies, and research agencies. This experience provides a methodological expertise and a sophisticated understanding of the position of evaluations in the global political economy. Archi is currently a task lead for the evaluation of the GCF’s approach to the private sector.

Dr Archi is an established author, a member of the editorial board for a peer-reviewed journal, and has served on an expert group of the Intergovernmental Panel on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services. He was recently invited to join National University of Singapore as an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow.
