Dr Andy Rowe – Fellow and former President of Canadian Evaluation Society with over thirty-five years in evaluation now focusing on sustainability and climate. Dr. Rowe has developed a new approach for evaluating impacts (Rapid Impact Evaluation), contributes to the conceptual foundations for evaluating sustainability and use-seeking approaches for science. He initiated the CES effort to mainstream sustainability in evaluation in Canada, is a member of Footprint Evaluation and the Technical Evaluation Reference Group of the Adaptation Fund and is contributing to several ongoing evaluations of climate and sustainability. He holds a PhD from the London School of Economics.
