Adrian joined ADB in 2010 and is the Chief of Public Private Partnership (PPP) Thematic Group. Prior to his current role, Adrian was involved in strategy and policy work where he led the development of ADB s first Private Sector Window and held the role of Chair of Blended Finance Committee.

During his time at ADB, Adrian worked on several infrastructure projects, PPP projects, and public finance transactions in the regional departments.

Prior to joining ADB, Adrian worked for ANZ Investment Bank s Capital Solutions team, Societe Generale s Project Finance team, and Westpac s Specialised Capital Group in Australia on the financing and acquisition of infrastructure and utility projects including PPPs.

In addition, Adrian has advised government agencies on several PPP projects which include toll roads, health and social infrastructure during his time at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and Andersen.

Adrian received a Master s of Commerce (Economics & Finance) from Sydney University and dual degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration from RMIT University. Adrian also received a diploma in Strategic Finance from Harvard Business School.
