Confidentiality Statement  

To enable beneficial and confidential sharing of information between participants at the AP-RAC conference, all attendees are requested to agree to the following:  

•  Participants will accept and understand that information shared and exchanged within the confines of this conference is highly confidential and solely for the specific purpose of the AP-RAC.  
•  Information exchanged at the conference is for the purpose of collective knowledge-building, co-creation and mutual benefit.  
• Participants shall not use any confidential information for any purpose except to review, assess and improve upon other participants’ ideas or their own practice.  
  
• Participants shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior and explicit written consent of the participant who shared such information.  
  
• Disclosure of information outside the conference, beyond what is agreed during the conference, will be considered a breach of confidentiality of either individuals or institutions involved.  
  
•  Participants will take all responsible measures to protect the confidentiality of information shared by others as well as avoiding unauthorized disclosure.
