Use these ADB tools, platforms, and knowledge events to put what you took away from the Forum into practice.

Asian Transport Observatory (ATO)

A comprehensive transport data and analysis platform for Asia and the Pacific, covering 51 countries across more than 450 indicators. Initiated and funded by ADB, ATO was developed in partnership with the Partnership on Sustainable Low-Carbon Transport (SLOCAT) and co-funded by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). ATO translates transport data into the insights you need for policy, investment planning, and tracking progress on the SDGs and the Paris Agreement.

ATO also offers curated analysis on transport trends, SDG alignment, and policy implementation across Asia and the Pacific. The insights draw on the Observatory’s regional dataset, and each piece is short, focused, and data-grounded — designed to be useful for policy briefs, investment proposals, and country dialogues.

Asia Pacific Road Safety Observatory (APRSO)

A regional knowledge platform that brings together road safety data, policies, and good practices from across Asia and the Pacific. ADB serves as the secretariat for APRSO, working with member countries and partners to strengthen evidence-based road safety action. Use information from APRSO to benchmark your country’s road safety performance, find peer examples, and connect with the wider regional community working to save lives on the road.

E-Mobility Support and Investment Platform for Asia and the Pacific

A regional knowledge center that supports practitioners, policymakers, and partners scaling up e-mobility across Asia and the Pacific. The platform is led by ADB and supported by the Global Environment Facility and the Green Climate Fund, as part of the ADB regional E-Mobility Program. It’s where you’ll find the latest country case studies, financing approaches, and project pipelines shaping the region’s transition to clean transport.

The program organizes a regular webinar series that unpacks e-mobility policy, financing, and deployment for governments and practitioners, with sessions drawn from the ADB’s e-mobility portfolio across Asia and the Pacific. Each session distills lessons from countries already advancing e-mobility, so you can shorten the planning curve in your own context.

A practical compendium of green road measures for planning, building, and managing sustainable, climate-resilient roads. The toolkit was developed by ADB in collaboration with the International Road Federation and MetaMeta and is hosted on the ADB Data Library. It maps every measure to the Paris Agreement, the Convention on Biological Diversity, and the Sustainable Development Goals — making it a ready reference for project preparation and donor reporting.

A series exploring nature-positive road design, climate resilience, water management, biodiversity, and inclusive growth. The series is convened by ADB in partnership with the International Road Federation and MetaMeta, with new sessions added periodically. Each session brings together global road sector experts and ADB transport specialists, with recordings and materials freely available for download.

Practical guidance for integrating gender equality across transport planning, design, and operations. Published by ADB, the toolkit consolidates the Bank’s experience helping member countries deliver more inclusive transport projects. Use it to design transport investments that work better for women, children, persons with disabilities, and other often-overlooked users.

The toolkit report is supported by the Gender Equality in Transport Toolkit microsite, an interactive companion designed for easy on-the-go reference. The microsite is hosted on ADB’s multimedia platform and developed alongside the publication by ADB’s gender and transport teams. It’s the most accessible way to navigate the toolkit’s guidance — easy to share with project teams and in-country counterparts.
