GENERAL INFORMATION
Wi-Fi Connection
Free Wi-Fi is available inside ADB premises. An auto-generated Wi-Fi password can be found in your ADB visitor’s ID.
Session Venues
Most of the forum sessions and activities are located at the ADB Auditorium (Zones A-D) and the Multi-function Hall (1-3). Directional signs are posted along the way. Networking reception cocktails will be held at the ADB Podium.
Food and Drinks
Coffee or tea will be available starting 8:00 a.m. Morning and afternoon snacks will be served at the Auditorium Gallery and Multi-Function Hall hallway during session breaks.
Daily lunches (28–30 May) for invited guests will be served at the Executive Dining Room or Private Dining Room located at the second floor, which can be accessed using the spiral staircase near the auditorium. Halal and vegetarian meal options will be provided.
ADB will host welcome cocktails in the evenings of 28 and 29 May. Participants are encouraged to use this time to broaden their networks, get to know water and urban development peers, and visit the exhibition booths. Please be aware of voice-over announcements or the forum’s digital announcement screen for any sudden venue changes.
Toilets
There are several toilet facilities around ADB, and the nearest ones to the Auditorium are on both sides of the two spiral staircases; and both end alleys of the Multi-Function Hall.
PRESENTATIONS AND OTHER MATERIALS
For environmental reasons, no presentation printouts will be provided. These will eventually be uploaded online and can be accessed through our website. Forum photos will be released after the event.
