The deadline for registration for the Forum is on Monday, 6 May.
Attendance to the Forum is free. There is no registration fee to join the Forum. However, any cost related to your participation to attend the Forum will have to be borne by the participant.
The Forum is open to the public, but there will be a screening process, based on your organization's link to the transport sector, which you will provide during registration.
No, an individual registration with a unique e-mail address is required.
Yes, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to everyone who registered. The result of the screening process will be sent separately to the e-mail address that you provided during the registration process by 1 April.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact the Forum organizers if you are unable to locate your confirmation e-mail.
The Forum will be an in-person event. A few sessions may be streamed on the actual day.
Bring a printed or digital copy of your registration confirmation and a valid ID. This will facilitate a smoother check-in process.
Snacks will be provided for the whole duration of the Forum.
