• Your room booking will be under ADBI. You do not need any confirmation. Please tell the receptionist that your booking is under ADBI upon check-in.  
• Basic hotel room charges for the duration of the conference will be billed directly and paid for by ADBI. 
• Breakfast is included in the plan. 
• We request you to settle directly with the hotel your personal incidental expenses (such as mini bar, laundry, phone bills, meals, etc.) and additional hotel room charges, if any, upon check-out, without exception. You will be responsible for these charges. 
• You are requested to arrange for your own transportation from the airport to the hotel (and vice versa).
