This booth will demonstrate how digitalization and interoperability can improve beneficiary experience and the efficiency of service delivery in social protection systems. It will use recorded demos and short videos to highlight country support work being provided by the Digital Convergence Initiative (DCI) and the DCI’s AI Hub for Social Protection to further the digital transformation of social protection information systems.
