1. Venue The Forum will be held at the Shangri-La Hotel 26-27 October 2022 Banyan Room 2. Accommodation Participants will be billeted at Shangri-La Hotel. Room rate is SGD325++ per night (around USD231++) for single accommodation. Room accommodation is inclusive of (i) 1 daily buffet breakfast at the Line Restaurant, Lower Lobby, Tower Wing, which opens at 6:30 am; and (ii) wireless internet access.Self-paying participants are expected to settle their account individually directly with the hotel upon check out. 3. Visa Information To obtain information about the visa process, please refer to the link provided: https://www.ica.gov.sg/. Procedures for visa application may vary from country to country so we suggest checking all the information needed. 4. Arrival in Singapore and Access to Hotel Participants will arrive at Changi International Airport. Shangri-La Hotel is 22 kilometers from Changi International Airport. Participants may choose to take taxi, mass rapid transit (MRT) or hotel limousine pick-up. Taxis are easily available at Changi International Airport. Taxis in Singapore are generally comfortable and safe. The journey to and from the hotel takes about 30 minutes, and costs approximately SGD26 to SGD30. Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT) from the airport takes roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes. The nearest SMRT station to the hotel (8 minute walk) is Orchard Road. 5. Forum Time The Forum will be for 2 days from 26-27 October 2022 (Wednesday-Thursday). Sessions on each day will commence promptly at 9:00 a.m. Dress code: formal business attire 6. Registration The registration desk which is located at the ballroom foyer will be open daily from 8:30 am to 9:00 am. Participants will be provided with ID upon registration. Seats will be assigned. 7. Forum Presentations To promote a more sustainable conference, ADB considered posting handouts/presentations to the forum website rather than printing copies to distribute. Participants are required to visit the forum website to download the presentations, respond to feedback form and generate the certificate of participation. Hardcopies and USBs will not be provided during the forum. 8. Liability Participants should make their own arrangement with respect to personal insurance since the host institution shall not be liable for personal accidents, loss, or damage of private properties. 9.
