| Before the Forum | - Download Zoom in your smartphone through Google Play or Apple Store, your laptop or any other preferred device
- The Forum can be accessed through the following options
- Email confirmation of your registration to the webinar (has a Zoom link and password)
- Email reminder of the webinar (has a Zoom link and password)
- Check your headset, microphones, internet connection, etc. to make sure that everything is working.
- Check your internet speed at speedtest.net or fast.com. You need at least a minimum upload speed of 3 to 5 Mbps to avoid lags.
- Email the Forum Secretariat at rdfsforum@adb.org if you are having problems accessing Zoom.

| During the Forum | - Make sure that your camera and microphone are turned off when you join Zoom.
- We will automatically mute all participants to avoid disruptions. Use the Q&A button if you want to raise issues and questions.
- Treat the online Forum as a face-to-face session where your focus must be at 100%.
- Actively listen to the moderator and other speakers.
- Take note of key points during the discussion that you can share through your social media using #RDFS2022.
- Share your feedback after each session through a short Zoom poll to help us improve future events.

| After the Forum | - Share key messages from the event through your social media using #RDFS2022.
- Complete the Forum evaluation (sent to your registered email) to receive your e-Certificate of Participation.
- Regularly check the RDFS Forum 2022 website for copies of presentations, recordings, and other materials.
- Regularly visit adb.org for upcoming events
