b.   Intersection of disability and gender inequality: Manifestations and responses in GMS countries

  • Resource Speakers (10 minutes each):  Madam Chanhpheng Sivila, Director of the Women With Disability Association in Lao PDR, and Saowalak Thongkuay, President of the Association to Empower the Potential of Women with Disabilities in Thailand and a member of the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
