EcoConcern knows that safe drinking water is a high priority. The motivation behind the development of these two innovative water test kits is to promote the delivery of safe, eco-friendly, and affordable water and sanitation that will benefit consumers and communities around the world.

The Arsenic Field Test Kit , developed by EcoConcern and ENPHO, is a semi-quantitative method for arsenic analysis on field sites. It can be used to detect concentration of arsenic in untreated water samples by colorimetric comparison with provided color chart. Each kit provides the reagents fit for testing arsenic of up to 50 water samples. 

The test kits have four key features. First, it is a semi-quantitative low-cost field test kit for testing arsenic in untreated ground water. Second, it is convenient to use, and reagents can be refilled. Third, it is the only arsenic kit in Nepalese market that has been locally made.

The ECC Vial is an innovative, simple, and easy to use device useful in determination of fecal contamination through detection of E. coli and coliform. The characteristic feature of ECC Vial is its ability to indicate presence of E. coli with blue color and pink/red color for presence of coliform. This can be helpful for nongovernment organizations working on water and sanitation projects.

The low cost of vial allows private industries such as bottled water suppliers and water tankers to test each batch of drinking water to ensure their water quality before dispatching to end consumers. It also facilitates regular testing of drinking water supply in schools, households, and hospitals on-site at minimal cost.
