Detektia is a satellite RADAR (DInSAR) based company that aspires to revolutionize the control and maintenance of large engineering works, helping to create safer, more efficient and more durable infrastructures. An Earth Observation 2.0 company, Detektia uses data acquired by satellites to monitor and detect small millimeter movements on any surface anywhere in the world. Detektia gathers and integrates the knowledge acquired in more than 35 years of applied research in soil and infrastructure monitoring both in university and private sector.

Detektia brings satellite-based early warnings of aquifers, ground and infrastructure deformation into digital models, improving decision-making, preventive maintenance and resilience of the asset.

We aim to transform the enormous volume of information provided by satellites into easy-to-interpret data supporting decision-making in the entire digital management processes of an asset. Providing early warnings into the infrastructure's client data systems will revolutionize the decision-making process in the preventive management of an asset.

Detektia has developed EyeRADAR, a competitive infrastructure and groundwater monitoring tool that generates early warnings based on DInSAR and Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms, easily integrated with the 4D digital model of the infrastructure at all stages (planning, design, construction and maintenance).

Our solution, EyeRADAR, is based on the emergent DInSAR satellite technology that provides high-resolution data of historical (since 1992) and up-to-date small millimeter movements on any surface anywhere in the world without the need for ground instrumentation. Ground millimeter movements are a proxy for the state of the aquifer: uplift of the terrain surface during recharge and subsidence when discharging.  Specifically, our solution is a web platform that improves groundwater management.
