Alex Panican, Deputy CEO, Luxembourg House of Financial Technology
Alex Panican is Deputy CEO at the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT), where he advances digital finance innovation and partnerships. He brings over 15 years of expertise in business strategy, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship. Prior to LHoFT, Alex worked in strategy and marketing consultancy and co-founded consumer insights platform Malinshopper.com. He is also involved in education, teaching digital marketing and business strategy. As an entrepreneur and connector at heart, Alex drives ecosystem-building initiatives that foster collaboration between fintech startups, regulators, and financial institutions in Luxembourg and beyond. 



Amanah Ramadiah, Head of Analytics and Client Success (Asia), FNA
Dr Amanah Ramadiah is an analytics professional with a global track record of driving high-impact initiatives for central banks, regulators, and payment systems across the Asia-Pacific region. With a career spanning technology, finance, and policy, Amanah brings a unique blend of strategic leadership and technical expertise - shaping direction, delivering critical financial infrastructure, and solving complex challenges at scale.

Currently serving as Head of Analytics and Client Success (Asia) at FNA, Amanah leads the delivery of advanced solutions, including a multi-year national program to combat consumer scams and payment fraud. In this role, Amanah bridges deep analytical capability with executive-level engagement, ensuring that data-driven insights translate into actionable outcomes that inform policy and strengthen real-world resilience.

In addition, Amanah is an Adjunct Lecturer at Universitas Indonesia, committed to knowledge-sharing and mentoring the next generation. Amanah holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCL and has contributed to major institutions including the Bank of England and the IMF.




Genki Watanabe, Director, Japan Financial Services Agency
Genki Watanabe is Director for International Cooperation at the International Affairs Office of Japan’s Financial Services Agency (JFSA). Since joining JFSA in 2010, he has held a range of senior roles in financial supervision, policy planning, and international engagement. His career includes assignments at the Ministry of Finance, the Cabinet Secretariat, and as Financial Attaché at the Embassy of Japan in Indonesia. He also worked in the private sector as Market Officer at Bangkok Bank PCL. Prior to his current role, he served as Deputy Director in the Bank Supervisory Division II of JFSA and as Assistant Director at the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission. 


Kelvin Lester Lee, Senior Financial Sector Specialist,  ADB
Mr. Kelvin Lester K. Lee is a Senior Financial Sector Specialist of the ADB. Before joining ADB, he previously served as a Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines (SEC) and as Assistant Secretary at the Office of the President of the Philippines. As Commissioner, he was concurrently designated as a Board Member of the ASEAN Taxonomy Board, Co-Chair of the Sustainable Finance Working Group of the ASEAN Capital Market Forum (ACMF) and Co-Chair of the ASEAN Working Committee on Capital Market Development (WCCMD). He was also a member of the Philippine Capital Market Development Council (CMDC), the Financial Sector Forum (FSF) and the Executive Committee of the Financial Stability Coordination Council (FSCC). He was deeply involved in the development of the ASEAN Taxonomy, the Philippine Sustainable Finance Taxonomy Guidelines and the SEC’s Digital Technology and Transformation Roadmap. He obtained his Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from the Ateneo de Manila University and is a Lee Kuan Yew Senior Fellow in Public Service of the National University of Singapore (NUS).



Matt Grasser, Co-Director and Co-Founder, Cambridge SupTech Lab
Matt Grasser is a seasoned technology leader with nearly 20 years of experience designing data-driven, socially impactful solutions. As Chief Technologist of Digital Transformation Solutions and Co-Founder/Co-Director of the Cambridge SupTech Lab, he focuses on leveraging digital innovation to enhance public sector systems, fintech, and service accessibility. Matt specializes in developing "double bottom line" solutions—driving both profit and public good—while working with organizations committed to social impact. He is a trusted advisor to several industry groups and boards, where he advocates for scalable, equitable technologies that support vulnerable communities. With deep expertise in data science, digital transformation, and inclusive innovation, Matt is passionate about making tech more accessible and effective for those who need it most. Whether leading teams or building public-private partnerships, he brings a collaborative, mission-driven approach to solving complex societal challenges through technology.
