Isvary Sivalingam, Southeast Asia Lead, Better Than Cash Alliance
Isvary is the Southeast Asia Lead at the UN-based Better than Cash Alliance, where she overseas advisory and advocacy initiatives with Governments, companies, and international organizations to enable responsible digitization of payments across Asia-Pacific. She also leads Alliance’s thematic work on Climate globally. Over the last 15 years, she has helped to shape economic and development policy in her prior role at the Singapore Government and more recently with a focus on digital financial inclusion in private sector consulting and at the United Nations. She holds a dual degree: Masters in Public Policy and Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore.
Jatin Kumar Nayak, Executive Director (Finance), REC Limited
Mr. Jatin Kumar Nayak works as Executive Director at REC Limited, a Maharatna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Power, Government of India. He has over 33 years of total experience out of which 20 years in Indian power sector, having contributed across the full spectrum of financial operations at REC. During his distinguished career, Mr. Nayak has handled diverse domains including domestic and international treasury management, credit appraisal of promoters for loan sanctions, loan disbursements, and operational finance. His deep financial acumen and leadership have played a vital role in enhancing REC’s financial strength in Indian lending space across all the value chain of power sector.
Jost Wagner, Managing Director, The Change Initiative
Jost Wagner is the Managing Director of The Change Initiative, a facilitation company located in Bangkok and the Chief Navigator of the Asia-Pacific Futures Network In the last 20 years he has advised and facilitated more than 600 workshops and conferences worldwide for organizations such as the United Nations, Asian Development Bank, The German Development Cooperation (GIZ), the World Bank, USAID, but also various governments, NGOs and the private sector onsite and remotely. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator - Master by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and a full member of the Association of Professional Futurists.
He is also the Chief Navigator, aka Executive Director of the Asia-Pacific Futures Network – Asia’s largest informal network of futurists in the region.
Prior to working as a facilitator and futurist, he worked for the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in New Delhi and the German Embassy in Bangkok.
