Sean Kidney, CEO and Co-founder, Climate Bond Initiative
Sean Kidney, FRSA, is CEO of the Climate Bonds Initiative, an international NGO working to mobilize global capital for climate action. He oversees green bond development programs on six continents; green taxonomy development by governments ranging from the European Commission to Thailand & Colombia; and policy development for capital mobilization. Sean is also a Professor in Practice at SOAS University of London and an expert advisor to governments around the world. In 2024, Sean joined the GF60 International Expert Advisory Group for Shanghai Green Finance Hub Policy Research.
Monika Martinsson, Deedster Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer
With deep experience from capital markets and digital platforms, Monika’s focus is on enabling banks and corporates to transform ESG commitments into measurable outcomes. As Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Deedster, she helps financial institutions harness transaction data, behavioral insights, and gamified engagement to report financed emissions, guide SMEs in their transition, and engage retail customers with personalized climate insights—strengthening compliance, loyalty, and sustainable growth. Beyond the financial sector, she also supports corporates in activating employees around sustainability through scalable, data-driven engagement programs that turn strategy into everyday action.
Tamara Singh, Managing Director, The Nature Conservancy Singapore
Tamara Singh is Managing Director for The Nature Conservancy Singapore and Senior Advisor, Regional Programs in Asia Pacific. She earned her stripes at Centrica Plc, BP Oil International, Deutsche Bank and Macquarie Bank, before returning home to Singapore, having led teams across energy and financial services, governing trading floors in London, New York and Asia Pacific.
On home ground, Ms. Singh served Westpac Banking Corporation and then her country. Whilst supporting GIC’s mandate for the nation, she contributed to digital transformation, innovation and sustainability initiatives, building relationships across the financial ecosystem worldwide. This ignited her to structure a career centred on enabling sustainable organizations to scale, while championing impactful change.
Jost Wagner, Managing Director, The Change Initiative
Jost Wagner is the Managing Director of The Change Initiative, a facilitation company located in Bangkok and the Chief Navigator of the Asia-Pacific Futures Network In the last 20 years he has advised and facilitated more than 600 workshops and conferences worldwide for organizations such as the United Nations, Asian Development Bank, The German Development Cooperation (GIZ), the World Bank, USAID, but also various governments, NGOs and the private sector onsite and remotely. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator - Master by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and a full member of the Association of Professional Futurists.
He is also the Chief Navigator, aka Executive Director of the Asia-Pacific Futures Network – Asia’s largest informal network of futurists in the region.
Prior to working as a facilitator and futurist, he worked for the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in New Delhi and the German Embassy in Bangkok
