Session A3: Innovative Finance and Inclusive Initiatives in Green Finance Development
Communities are at the forefront of building resilient and sustainable ecosystems, yet they often lack the financial resources and institutional support to scale their efforts. Inclusive and blended finance solutions are key to providing access to climate resilient and emissions mitigating technologies, and provide a unique opportunity to drive scaled uptake of climate solutions while promoting inclusive growth. This session will explore how financial institutions can adapt their products and approaches to deliver innovative financing models, capacity-building efforts, and policy support to foster sustainable development and climate resilience at the local level. It will highlight real-world examples, challenges, and strategies for empowering inclusive green ecosystem development.

Session B3: Sustainable Finance Frameworks: Taxonomies, Disclosures, and Interoperability
Transition finance is crucial for enabling industries to shift toward net-zero emissions while ensuring economic growth and sustainability. With global industries accounting for nearly 30% of greenhouse gas emissions, financing solutions must address the complexities of decarbonization, especially in hard-to-abate sectors such as energy, manufacturing, and transport. This session will explore industry-focused solutions for transition finance, including innovative instruments like transition bonds, blended finance models, and green loans. By showcasing success stories and discussing scalable strategies, this session aims to inspire stakeholders to mobilize capital effectively for the net-zero transition.
