The second virtual brownbag seminar focused on water sector. The webinar invited speakers from the private and public sectors to discuss the latest digital technology and best practices to deliver smart, resilient, safe, and inclusive water management and services. This was the first part of webinars organized in partnership with ADB e-Marketplace through the Japan Water Forum.

2. Hitachi's Floods is an online flood simulation tool that supports mitigation planning by evaluating effect of flood flow control measures.
3. National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Prevention (NIED) is a national center dealing with all-hazard and all-phase approaches in charge of disaster risk reduction including early warning systems for earthquake, rainstorm, landslide and tsunami.
4. CTI Group flood risk mapping system (RisKma) is a cloud-based OS that enables disaster information aggregation, flood forecasting/early warning, and disaster prevention action support.
5. Yachiyo Engineering’s River Image Analysis for Debris transport (RIAD) is a monitoring technology for grasping transport amount of floating debris on riverine surface which can distinguish natural and anthropogenic debris.
6. International
Center for Water Hazard (ICHARM) offers flood risk management tools, free simulation software for flood inundation analysis, virtual reality system, and resources for flood emergency response.
