🖥️ For Online / Virtual Participants:
If you selected “Online / Virtual” as your preferred type of participation, you may consider your registration confirmed. Connection details (Zoom link and instructions) will be sent to your registered email 2–3 days before the event.
🧍For In-Person Participants
If you selected “In-person” or “Flexible / No strong preference” as your preferred type of participation, please note the following:
- Due to limited in-person capacity (120 seats), we are reviewing all submissions to ensure a balanced and inclusive participant representation. Priority will be given to (i) early bird registration (before 1 October); (ii) those requiring advance travel arrangements (e.g., visa, flights, accommodation); and (iii) ensuring a diverse and balanced representation of participants.
- If selected for in-person attendance, you will receive a confirmation email as follows:
✅ Within 3 to 5 working days from submission of your registration form — if you indicated traveling from abroad
✅ By 3 October 2025 — for all other participants who have submitted their registration form before 1 October 2025. Registrations after 1 October 2025 will be accepted only if seats are available; otherwise, applicants will be placed on a waitlist.
- All other eligible registrants will be invited to participate virtually. Thank you for your understanding!
