Program Brief:

The Executive Education Program in Digital Transformation and Innovation for the Public Sector is being held as part of SEADS 2023. The Executive Program aims to provide senior government officials with a platform to learn and share ideas on driving governments’ digital transformation. The goal is to give senior government officials with the confidence and knowledge to lead the digital transformation of public services to better meet the needs of their citizens. The Executive Program is being organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Amazon Web Services Institute (AWSI), and Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA). It will be a full-day program and will take place on 29 March, a day before the actual symposium. 

• Learn how cloud computing can assist their organization in achieving sustainability goals and enabling digital transformation;
• Build capabilities to define an ambitious strategy and outcomes, and be able to assess the potential of relevant technologies to achieve these;
• Gain effective tools and skills for accelerated decision-making;
• Discover best practices for advancing citizen-centered services;
• Be part of a peer-to-peer community of public sector leaders who exchange ideas about best practices and addressing challenges.
