The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is organizing the 2021 Asian Regional Public Debt Management and Foreign Exchange Reserves Management Virtual Forum, which will be held on 25–29 October 2021. This virtual Forum is a combination of the Asian Regional Public Debt Management Forum and the Asian Regional Forum on Investment Management of Foreign Exchange Reserves which have been conducted annually as separate forums till 2019. This year again, the Forum will be held online.

As part of ADB's regional technical assistance, the Forum aims to contribute to the strengthening of public debt management, promote effective reserve management frameworks of ADB members, and promote networking among public debt and reserve managers in the region. The Forum will also serve as an opportunity for public debt and reserve managers to exchange views with their counterparts from across the region and discuss developments on issues related to public debt management and investment management of foreign exchange reserves during the current pandemic crisis.
