Ajinkya Dhariya, Founder and CEO at PadCare Labs, is a mechanical engineer and sanitation entrepreneur. After graduating in 2017, he started PadCare Labs in 2018 with a vision to shape sustainable societies through improved hygiene standards.

Ajinkya is into product design and loves to solve consumer-centric problems with a design thinking approach. Through his curiosity, he developed a solution for sanitary napkin disposal and recycling. His efforts were recognized by the Toilet Board Coalition, Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council, World Intellectual Property Organization, UnLTD India, Dassault, UK Royal Engineering Academy, and the Government of India. Currently, he is acting as a young ambassador to inspire social actions for a healthier people and planet.
