Rafique Mustafa Shaikh is a BPS-20 Civil Servant with a diverse experience in managing public services at the project, program, and policy levels. Currently, Mr. Shaikh serves at the Planning and Development Department, Government of Sindh (Pakistan) as the Special Secretary (Development), while also leading the implementation of United Nation’s Agenda 2030 in Sindh as the Project Coordinator for Sustainable Development Goals Unit – Sindh.
