Ir. Harlina Sulistyorini started her career as civil servant at 1994 as lecturer at Akademi Perikanan Karya Husada Semarang. On November 2018, she served as the Director General of Rural Areas Development at the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Region, and Transmigration. On January 4, 2021, Minister of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Region, and Transmigration, Abdul Halim Iskandar inaugurated Harlina Sulistyorini as the Director General of Economic Development and Investment of Village, Disadvantaged Region, and Transmigration.
