Ms Suga joined ADB in 2004 and worked in the Southeast Asia and Pacific Regional Departments. Currently, Michiko is the Deputy Representative of ADB’s European Representative Office in Frankfurt where she builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders across ADB’s 17 European member countries, including knowledge sharing initiatives, outreach activities, and external relations. Michiko holds a Master’s degree in International Policy Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, USA.
