Ms. Matsubayashi is a Senior Financial Control Specialist of the ADB and leads a team in the accounting division that prepares ADB's financial reports.

Prior to joining ADB in 2014, she was an auditor in Deloitte & Touché in USA and Australia. She also worked as an accounting professional in international companies in various industries in USA, Australia, Japan and Philippines. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California, USA and a Chartered Accountant in Australia. She is a national of Japan.
