	Ms. Kim is the Controller of the Asian Development Bank. She leads the department that maintains ADB's accounting policies, prepares financial reports, and administers project disbursements and institutional expenses. She is a member of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB) Consultative Advisory Group since 2016.Before joining ADB in 2002, she worked in Merrill Lynch in New York City, where she held various roles in Finance and Corporate Audit. She started her accounting and auditing career in Arthur Andersen in New York City in 1992. A United States (US) national, she holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in the US.
