When is the deadline for registration for the Forum?  

The deadline for registration for the Forum is on 20 June 2025.

 

Is there a registration fee for the Forum?  

Attendance to the Forum is free. There is no registration fee to join the Forum. However, any cost related to your participation to attend the Forum will have to be at your own expense, except for nominated government officials and resource persons invited to the Forum.  

 

Is the Forum open to the public?   

The Forum is open to the public, but in-person attendance is limited.

 

Can I register multiple attendees under one email address?   

No, an individual registration with a unique e-mail address is required for the mobile app confirmation. The mobile app only functions with one email address per user.  

 

Will I receive a confirmation after registering?  

Yes, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to everyone who registered. As the in-person participation is limited, we will send a link to be able to attend the event online. Details for virtual participation will also be posted in the INSPIRE event Site to the e-mail address that you provided during the registration process by 25 June 2025.  

 
Will the Forum be conducted onsite or online?   

The Forum will be a hybrid event. A zoom link will be provided to those who have registered to attend the event virtually.

 

What should I bring to the event for registration check-in?  

Bring a printed or digital copy of your registration confirmation and a valid ID. This will facilitate a smoother check-in process.
