Suminto Assistant of Minister for Macro Economy and International Finance Ministry of Finance Indonesia
	Dr. Suminto was born in Sragen on July 7, 1972. He earned a Bachelor of International Relations from Airlangga University. He holds M.Sc. in Development Finance from Hiroshima University and Ph.D. in Development Economics from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan. He started his career at Ministry of Finance in 1996. He served as Director of Islamic Financing (2014-2018) and acting Director of Loans and Grants (2017-2018). Before that, he was assigned at various positions in DG Budget, DG Treasury, Secretariat General, and DG Debt Management/DG Budget Financing and Risk Management. On July 17, 2018, he was inaugurated as Assistant Minister for Government Expenditure. He has served as Assistant Minister for Macro Economy and International Finance since October 3, 2019.
