Born in Tegal, on March 15, 1974. She earned a Bachelor of Political Science (S.IP) from Universitas Padjajaran, Bandung in 1997, then earned a Master of Arts degree from Flinders University, Australia in 2007. In 2019, she managed to get a degree Doctorate from Padjajaran University.

Started her career as a civil servant at the Secretariat General, Ministry of Finance in 1998. She served as Head of Investment Portfolio Division I at the Government Investment Center, Secretariat General in 2010. She became Head of Multilateral Forum, Center for Climate and Multilateral Policy, BKF in January 2016 and in the same year in November, she was seconded as Senior Advisor, Southeast Asia Voting Group (SEAVG), World Bank until November 2018. On 29 November 2019 she was appointed as Head of Center for Regional and Bilateral Policy, Fiscal Policy Agency, Ministry of Finance. Then on March 12, 2021, she took the position of Head of the Center for Climate and Multilateral Policy.
