The Art of Reset: Thriving in the Next Normal
   AMS Clinic

I - Approach

This module, branded as mini “LIFESHOP” (LifeShop), is the latest spin in the creative delivery of the talk by the Speaker.

This approach engages the audience to think through, to write down answers for retention of learning as they experience the same, and in parallel to the series of events being discussed by the Speaker.

Storytelling gives birth to the engagement of the mind, consequently creating a remarkable and delightful learning experience by the participants.

II - Learning Objectives

1. Usher the participants to a better and deeper understanding of their capability to be in control of themselves in the midst of the daily challenges brought forth by the unprecedented pandemic to their personal and work circumstances, among others

2. To support #1 through an interactive understanding of RESET essentials – going back to basics, priority on self-care, readiness to pivot and a future-proof perspective.

3. Create a healthy mindset that the NEXT NORMAL happens every single moment one can overcome detours, recalibrate, and move forward to an overall upward purpose in life, thereby weaving why NEW NORMAL is better known these days as the NEXT NORMAL, based on the Speaker’s perspective on the subject.

At the end of the talk, participants will be able to produce their personal RESET story.
