29 September, 11:00 - 12:00 noon, Wednesday Sitting is Killing You
Clinica Manila
|
Majority of us spend more time sitting than doing something while standing. There is growing evidence that this seemingly “harmless” habit is costing us our health. In this session, the speaker will share his knowledge on why and how sitting is killing us, and what we can do to help mitigate its negative effects despite our busy lifestyle. Those who will attend are encouraged to wear loose clothes to facilitate participation in the activities during the session.
