This session will help attendees understand how thoughts influence their emotions, to be aware of their unhelpful thoughts, and learn the skills necessary to reframe their thoughts.
- We will introduce the PERMA model (Positive Feelings, Engagement, Relationship, Meaning, Achievement) as building blocks of well-being and happiness in the workplace.
- Through the session, we can help enable participants to:
- develop strategies that will increase their well-being by focusing on combinations of positive feelings, being fully engaged with life, establishing supportive and friendly friendships, and living meaningfully
- cultivate a sense of happiness and well-being in the workplace to achieve greater performance and productivity
- develop positive emotions, uphold positive and healthy relationships with others, cultivate a sense of gratitude to oneself, and build a sense of hope to their perspective
- and apply the PERMA model for maintaining an optimistic outlook and characteristics in the workplace.
